Buttons
- Previous
- Goes to the previous leader, musician or tune (alphabetically) depending
on the type of screen displayed.
- Next
- Goes to the next leader, musician or tune (alphabetically) depending
on the type of screen displayed.
- Leader: Search
- Allows you to search for a leader by their name.
Enter the first and last names of the leader, or the last name only,
or just an initial (e.g. "d" to go to the first "d" leader).
Capital letters are not essential. If only the first-name field is entered,
the program will assume the input as being a last name.
- Leader: Index
- This brings up a full leader index of
all leaders in the database.
- Session: #Search
- Allows you to search for a session by its session number. Session numbers
are displayed on the detail screens at the top left of each session. An
example is A5482.
- Session: Date Search
- Allows you to search for a session within the currently displayed list
of sessions by its date.
Enter the date using numbers in a Year/Month/Day sequence.
If the exact date is not known, enter the year only.
- Session: Index
- Brings up a Session Index screen which lists
one session to a line in cronological or leader name order.
- Session: New/Updated
- Click on this button and you will see the latest sessions in line summary format added or updated over a period of time.
- Musician: Search
- Allows you to search for a musician by name.
Enter the first and last names of the musician, or the last name only,
or just an initial (e.g. "d" to go to the first "d" musician).
Capital letters are not essential. If only the first-name field is entered, the program will assume the input as being a last name.
- Musician: Index
- Displays the Musician Index screen which
lists all musicians in the database.
- Tune: Search
- Allows you to search for a tune by name.
Enter the beginning or all of the tune name and click OK or press Enter.
Capital letters are not essential.
- Tune: Index
- Displays the Tune Index screen which
lists all tune names in the database.
- Multi: Search
- Allows you to search for sessions by multiple musicians and/or tunes.
Up to three musician names and up to three tune names can be entered.
The recording sessions that contain all of the listed musicians and tunes
will be shown. The Session Index button can then
be used to show the sessions one to a line.
- Record Label: Search
- Allows you to search for a record company by name. Once a Record Label
is selected, you can choose a Record Label release code and see the recording
sessions that were used for that release.
- Record Label: Index
- Displays the Record Label Index screen
which lists all record companies in the database.
- My: Preferences
- Click on this button to adjust various display settings and your account information.
- My: Collection
- This allows you to "quickly" catalog your record collection.
